Wrong. Try looking up DHCP and how it works. I just got this address a
month or so ago when Cox Communications assigned this IP address to me
when IP address assignments changed. I guess you fail the intelligence
test with Bob T. Perhaps you should visit an MD as apparently there are
meds YOU need!
