Whenever I tell people that I have a bread machine they scoff and say "no one
ever uses their bread machine!". I do. I use it all the time. It's one of the
appliances that rarely leaves the counter because I love it.

I have "The Ultimate Bread Machine Cookbook" by Tom LaCalamita and that's
where I get most of my recipes from. It has everything from plain white to
hand shaped loaves to recipes for danishes and coffee cakes. You can tell I
use it too much because it's completely falling apart on me.
