I'll second what Margaret said. My kids thought they HATED fish
but loved freshly caught boneless, skinless flounder, dipped in flour,
salt and pepper, and sauteed in butter.

Dear Son also raved recently about salmon, wrapped in phyllo and baked,
served with a lemon-dill sauce.
