Nooo! It is grammatically perfect, indeed!! The only thing is that the
phrase you have written is in 3rd persons. I would have said." Desidero
ringraziarTI per tutto l'aiuto.
In English there is no difference between 1st person and 3rd persons.
Instead in Italian you say *you* (2nd person singular) to a friend and *lei*
to a person you don't know well.
