Hi Stu,

I use All Clad pots and pans on my flat top and am satisfied. (King
Arthur sells what appears to be All Clad w/o the label - a 9 pc set for
$350, you might want to check it out.) My Analon pan (5 y o) is too
warped to sit flat on the surface, and my old Revere saucepan is
completely useless.
