Those are some of my favorites! My very favorite are Peas.
Followed by spinach and then, EVERY vegetable out there! I
haven't found one yet that I didn't like. Oh, and garlic and
onions... ! Tomatoes...!! Globe artichokes with a Bearnaise
Sauce (Rocks!!)...
