Neither.

I slice cauliflower into thin wedges, then toss it with olive oil,
salt and pepper. Roast it at 400 degrees, uncovered, turning it every
so often. I like it when it starts becoming crispy and caramelized. It
shrinks down quite a bit. Wonderful flavor!
