Let's see. Calling a spade a spade is impolite? The poster in question
*claimed* to have the *flu* yet his symptoms did not match those of a
respiratory illness but more of a gastrointestinal illness. Then
against sage advice the poster decided to eat something that *stresses*
his body when it is trying to heal then *moans* about the consequences.
The reference to a coffee enema is quite correct in this case. If you
researched the benefits you would see that it would help clean the colon
and restore normal function. Onto the scene comes someone who is almost
as whiney telling me he his plonking me because of offered advice then
saying bye because obviously the OP would rather whine and grace
everyone with his bodily functions *instead* of listening to his body.
My opinion is your body should be treated as a temple. It is the only
one you have and if you *neglect* to listen to its needs, you deserve
exactly what you get.
