Sure! Start off with a spice blend, a little like 5 spice (cinnamon, clove,
ginger, pepper, star anise etc.) - I add cardamom and corriander seed too,
grind it all up. I also use powdered chiles. Next, soy and sugar/honey,
maybe some lime or lemon juice. Mix well and paste all over the meat if
honey is used, if you used sugar, heat it first to melt it, then paste over
when it's cooled. Marinate like that for several hours or as long as you've
got then cook the meat still covered in the mixture. Works great with pork
in many ways does this, we love it here ',;~}~
