Long and slow. I like to cut them into individual ribs, rub with seasoning,
and put in one layer in a baking pan covered with foil. Bake at 300f for 3-4
hours (I may not be remebering the time exactly but it's close). Then remove
foil and raise temp to 350 for a while, brushing wih bbq sauce if you like.
