Anyone who send out a message to multiple newsgroups as this person
has, and is offering goods for sale on the site, has a motive other
than pure information. Usenet is not supposed to be used as a sales
medium.

It does not hurt to go to the web pages and I make no judgment about
the quality of the content, but the site sells the poster's product.
The sales angle, as well as the postings to multiple groups classify
this as spam.
