Since I had a previous experience with Amazon when buying their $125
Home
Products with $25 off, and free shipping and I had a flawed container
in
their shipment, I returned it and when said and done, they rebated me
less
money than I had paid for it, plus I had shipping costs to return it -
as I
recall it -- but it was a big pain and money-wise it was not worth it.
Needless to say, this will 'probably' be my last call to save money
thru
Amazon's $25 off & free shipping offer.
I would call them and ask for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a
prepaid shipping label. What they do is send you a label that you can
put on the package and lets you return merchandise at no cost to you. I
did this with a National Geographic purchase I made right before xmas
and it too came damaged. It's still a pain in the butt but what the
heck that's $24 worth of bowls your talking about and why keep them if
your in doubt that they are safe to eat off of.
