Dinner Tonight
I've had a fantastic week on Weight Watchers, so thought I'd add a few carbs
to dinner that I don't usually have.
We had blackened chicken breast, accompanied by a risotto with asparagus
tips, mushrooms, and toasted pine nuts. I bought some sugar-free, fat-free
chocolate meringue kisses for dessert. Having the risotto felt luxurious.
