I'm eating healthier than I have in a long time. Lots of fresh vegetables
and fruits, mostly chicken, a little pork (lean chops), and even less beef,
everthing either grilled or broiled. Some cold boiled shrimp, but no fish.
I detest fish that isn't fried. <g> I've virtually eliminated starch/carb
laden vegetables, but I'm stressing calciferous vegetables. Bread only as
toast with a egg for breakfast. Diet or no diet, I have always hated
packing lunch for work, and I still won't actually make/cook+ anything for
it. I've been Eating WW Smart Ones and Michelina's Lean Gourmet frozen
meals, which average only 5 WW points. Our break room at work is large and
has a commercial fridge and freezer, and several microwaves.

The occasional dish like the risotto is a great treat, and feels very
special.
