Every Ebay seller I've ordered from China send by China Post. They
fill out the Customs Declaration at that end. The description is 'tea'
and sent as a 'gift'. It looks like the contents is inspected before
shipping because they all have China Post wrapping tape. Your first
couple of shipments may be inspected at our Customs but I think sending
and receiving addresses are computerized so that becomes the security
level because my packages aren't opened anymore. It seems the FDA
requirement fell by the wayside or maybe just a requirement from Muslim
countries if you know what I mean. You just have to wait which is
about 30 days SAL from Kunming.
