I've also had no problems with getting tea from this source to Australia.
All my parcels get opened by customs because they have food in them - but
otherwise they have arrived ok. One parcel got sent by surface mail and was
really late, but I'm inclined to blame that on the post office rather than
the sender. These things occasionally happen.
