I am not sure that Chinese foods are less suitable for buffets than a lot of
other dishes, though most Chinese buffets are truly substandard. Fear not.
Mandarin is gradually expanding in your direction. They really do have a good
buffet, and if the veggies are hot and crisp enough for you, they also have
roast beef and Yorkshire pudding.
