Default FoodTV repetitive programs!

Satellite tv is expensive, but worth it if you call it
> your main entertainment.

We don't call it our main entertainment -- but it's close! We have to go to
Blockbuster on-line to get more. We love foreign movies and we found that it
supplies us well. We had netflick and it was horrible. They have now
something like a class-action against them. DH used to call them and ask
them where the movies were that we ordered and they would talk to us as long
as we would stay on the line about why they couldn't get it to send to us.

Our next main entertainment is food and libations! But mostly at home.

Today DH went to Chambersburg PA where there is an Aldi's. He said the
store WAS like the wholesale places that we've seen in North Dakota or
Nebraska or Idaho in the 70's- stacked up and hardly could get thru boxes
upon boxes with nothing of interest to us. But most importantly, he said
there was no wine! Well, we can't have that!

OB: Today making my third round of bread using the third pound of Peter
Reinhart's "Crust and Crumb" poolish. It will be a ciabatta; the two
previous were Sweet Rustic bread and Naan bread. Today I mixed the dough &
poolish in KA mixer for abt 13 minutes, am now letting sit for 3 hours,
then into the refrigerator in a bowl overnight. Tomorrow I will shape and
put in the refrigerator overnight again,, if I so wish, or bake it tomorrow.
Depends on how racked I am.

The Chef at Home is a good show, with one
