Dad has a fondness for blackened fish, and I noticed a small cardboard
container of "cajun blackened fish spice" sitting on the sideboard the
other day. <G>
Since I do all the cooking, I'm taking that as a hint!
I have some older, less valuable cast iron stashed out back in the
storage cabinets, I suppose I could dedicate one of the cheapo Lodge
pans to be used outdoors on the grill and give it a shot. I'd _never_
abuse mom's beloved Griswolds like that!
I'd experiment with something cheap like Catfish first.
