Here's the latest poop on the once-great S10 in Tucson. It's been
bought up by the same guy who owns Sushi Hama on Oracle Rd., not
Japanese. It was sold in December.

New and different chefs there again today - friendly but inept. I said
"no cucumber" so i got a lot of shredded daikon instead. I guess if
they're gonna cut corners they're gonna cut corners.

The two former owners (also the chefs) are trying to acquire their own
restaurants, one in Tucson, one in Tempe.
