Oooooh, egg foo yung! That's an excellent idea! I haven't made that in a
couple of years; I think I'm due. I have pulled pork leftovers; instead of
fried rice, I may do egg foo yung. I even have sherry for the sauce. All I
need are bean sprouts, but I have to make a store run anyway. Good call,
