It all depends on how far along she is & if she has any food adversions
or indigestion issues. For example, I'm 19 weeks along now & it was
just the last couple weeks that I have been able to eat any sort of
meat. :-) Serve what you have planned though (sounds good to me!), she
will probably eat from your menu of what sounds good to her.
