This is a simple "cheat" recipe, but people always act like I've
cooked something gourmet.
Spaghetti with TVP and Green Olives
For each serving:
2 oz. dry spaghetti
1/2 cup jarred spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup TVP reconstituted with scant 1/4 cup water
6 green olives, sliced
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, combine
remaining ingredients and heat until just simmering. Drain pasta,
combine with sauce, and serve.
