Coincidentally, I just happen to be sun-drying (or oven drying) some roma
tomatoes.

175 degrees for about 7 hours with sea salt and balsamic vinegar. I sure
hope the tomatoes had flavour when I bought them! If not, perhaps they'll
have flavour after they have been oven dried.
