I have been waiting for them to come to Rhode Island (or relatively
close-by) for a class. What a great concept. They sell starter, but besides
having online instructions in making your own, the books they sell also have
easy instructions for it. You can call or email them anytime with baking
questions and they are always helpful too (also free). Their Bakers
Catalogue is much too overpriced though, I own two of the books they offer,
each of which I got new at half the price at other places on the net, and
other items they sell are rather pricey also. Perhaps it covers the price of
the free classes.
