site that's shamelessly copying it. Honestly, though, I have a hard time
seeing why using a doughnut instead of a bun is supposed to be so
horrible. A Krispy Kreme original glazed doughnut has 200 calories (per
http://www.krispykreme.com/doughnuts.pdf), which is actually less than the
240 calories for a Whopper bun (per
http://www.bk.com/Food/Nutrition/Nut...rd/index.aspx). It's the
stuff in the middle that does the real damage.
