My daughter's SIL is making and selling arugula pesto. I was given a
jar. The ingredients are arugula, olive oil, garlic, pine nuts, salt,
pepper. Where is the Parmesan cheese??? It looks very runny. I don't
even want to try it. How can it be sold as pesto? Isn't cheese one of
the main ingredients in pesto? Each to her own, I guess. Rusty
