I am cooking Dublin Coddle and Soda bread. Also making a pistachio cake
(not Irish but green) As for the drink - soda with dinner, if I am
lucky I'll have an Irish coffee or perhaps some Baileys after the girls
go to bed. No beer for me ... sorry :P
