I couldn't even pull myself together to buy a bag of precut cabbage to
turn into cole slaw for the potluck tomorrow. I was tired and it was
raining buckets on the way home, so I didn't feel like going to the
grocery store. I decided that a plate of green onions and carrots
would cover both sides of the Irish issue neatly, but my green grocer
is on the side of the street that flooded tonight. Believe it or not,
the sewer system was shooting water onto the street, not taking it off
and that side looked like a raging river....
