Then you'd probably like Now You're Cooking. It will do all of the
things you list above, and do them quite well. Well, it doesn't do
wine suggestions. It does do menus, scaling recipes, shopping lists,
auto fill-in of ingredients and preps, nutrition info, conversion from
and to metric, etc. It is shareware, but it's quite a complete
program.
