I read a bit about it in that article, and what the previous poster
described isn't quite what they're actually doing. I got the impression
before that people went there to cut up all their ingredients and mostly
prepare the food.
The article talks about how the ingredients are all ready, and all you have
to do is assemble what works for you. That's a lot different, to my mind.
