Those pleated paper cups are for baking cupcakes, not muffins... muffins baked
in those papers are ruined exactly same as would be a loaf of bread baked in a
paper liner... NO CRUST... anyone who'd enjoy a muffin baked in paper would
enjoy a boiled porterhouse.
