It's a great feeling, isn't it? I joined Weight Watchers at the beginning of
January and have lost 35 pounds so far, but I had a lot more weight to lose
than you. Still, it's amazing how much better I already feel and look, and
people are definitely noticing. I don't do exercise. Never have, never
will. I see no point in doing something you really hate. :-)
