Try the seafood buttet at the Rio. Its a little over a mile up Flamingo
road from Ceasers (in other words, the Rio is off the strip itself.)

For a nice romantic dinner, "Hugo's Cellar" in the Four Queens comes to
mind. They used to win the award every year for the most romantic
restaurant in Vegas.
