Funny, I saw everyone pushing poultry recipes, and my first instinct was
*fish*. I much prefer orange juice to lemon juice on fish (but my fav
remains malt vinegar). So an obvious approach would be to use garlic in
breading for fish and then serve orange slices to squeeze juice over the
filets at the table.
