I have been to Las Vegas many times, and I will be there again on vacation
in about a month (just got airline tickets a couple of days ago)! What
kind of food do you prefer, and what price range?

For top tier restaurants, you have several choices such as Delmonico's in
the Aladan casino, Emeril's Fish House, in the MGM Grand casino, Olive's
in the Balagio. Almost all the major Strip casinos have a range of
restaurants in them from very casual to gourmet dining. If you want a very
good Sunday brunch, you can't go wrong with the buffet in the Paris
casino.

I also suggest you check out http://www.cheapovegas.com which is a
wonderful resource for first time visitors to Las Vegas. The newsgroup
alt.vacation.las-vegas is also a good resource for information about
Las Vegas.
