Correct me if I am wrong but there is no sugar free natural maple syrup.
If you want to play with word you can said no sugar added maple syrup. Or
no sugar added molasses!!
Sunday is pancake day and I use artificial syrup sweetened with artificial
sugar. I soon learned that my BG goes up and I stop using it. What I now
do is that I sprinkled a sachet of artificial sweetener on the pancake of
crepes. Or we make a strawberry sauce with artificial sweetener.
