I have updated some pictures to my collection of Thai recipes. Most
interesting is the Yam Goong Dten ("Dancing" Shrimp Salad) I had the other
day at Jomtien Beach on the Gulf of Thailand.
I really liked the Grapaow Pla (Dried Fish Belly Soup) -- Don't knock it
until you try it! I made it at home and it was delicious! Serving it with
fresh cilantro and pickled chile/garlic finishes it nicely.
More updates to follow, including some really nice pictures of Thai fruits and
vegetables at the market. This is a preview -- notice the kaffir limes (to the
right of the eggs) and the bag of prik kii nuu behind the limes. I really
enjoyed gazing at this stand!
