I think you both will be happy with your meals there. Go to their
website and you can print out a pdf of their menu! When we were seated
at our table, I started sampling the sauce before the meal came out.
Just placed a dab on my finger. They keep all of their sauces on each
table, you don't have to ask for it. Then if you go for a saucy rib,
you'll know what to order with your rib.
If I went again, I'd order them Memphis dry, then apply sauce as I
wished. Hopefully the staff training is the same through out the chain
as the staff in Charleston were all very friendly. Even the staff that
didn't wait on us joked as they went by when they saw the two full slab
dinners, Uh-oh you'll be needing take home boxes! The ribs were thick
and meaty!
