Stacia, the only place I can find backs and necks for soup is in a
privately owned butcher shop where they actually cut the meat that goes
into the cases. And there's a local chain, Von Hanson's, that will
order a box (something like 20-40#) of frozen backs. I've done that.
Check an independent butcher ‹ surely they exist there.
