That looks quite lovely. I have never had it or made it with
tomatoes,but am willing to try. Thanks for posting.

I think the broth that went into this was a good part of the wonderful
taste you describe. I guess it is time to make some stock again and
give this a whirl.

I have the dried peppers from last year's garden, some galangal
growing indoors and a keffir limein a pot. Hard to get fresh lemon
grass around here this time of year, but there is a market or two I
can seek out. I grow it in the summer.
