I have given up and gone back to good old Comet and a scrub brush.

I am not sure it has to be, as there have been many breakfasts of
pancakes with a side of sausage around here, where the links have
surely taken a dip in the Nectar of Vermont, and there is maple
flavored bacon all over the place, but it still seems odd that a
manufacturer would undercut its own main brand line in favor of the
newer ones. Live and learn.
