I am the same way. I am horrified at how much salt is used by TV
chefs.
I like pepperoni, but not on pizza - I like it sort of the same way I
like good salami - in small quantites only.
My favorite pizza is spinach, black olives and portobello mushrooms.
No meat - ever.
