Not true, Sheldon. The popularity of at least one local restaurant
(Kincaid's, I believe) was due in part to the head chef's insistence
that the recipes be followed. Happy patrons were thus assured of the
same high quality at each visit.

I've often thought that the downside of my cooking is that I rarely
measure things in most cooking and it's difficult to reproduce a winner
exactly.
