I'm there with ya. I made a crock pot chuck roast on Sunday (I don't
usually use the crock pot for that, but it turned out OK) and I froze
some of it tonight after having one night of "fresh" leftovers. I know
there will be a night in the not-too-distant-future when I will be
thanking myself for being able to pull out a great meal from my freezer
and have to do very little to serve it quickly. We all have those
nights. I'm fortunate to have lots of freezer space for this sort of
thing.
