Default Speech

Tomorrow I am giving a speech to test out of one of my college classes.
It can be on anything I want, so I chose food, specifically, cakes. I am
going to talk about what makes a cake a cake, basic types of cakes
(white/yellow, foam, cupcakes) and the differences between them, an
overview on the types of pans and cooking methods, and give example cake
types for each (pound cake, carrot cake, angel food, etc).

Does it sound like I am missing anything? The speech is 5-7 minutes
long, and so far I am more toward the short end. Usually my speeches are
almost too long. Anyway, I have to get an A on the speech to test out of
the course.

Are there any interesting nuggets of information I should include? I am
graded on the presentation, not the content, but any content that peaks
interest helps the presentation.
