Hmmmm, beef jambalaya. Interesting concept! I normally make jambalaya with
andouille or chaurice sausage. Along with onion and garlic I'd need to add
diced bell pepper (I only have Penzey's dehydrated) and some diced tomatoes
(I always keep a few cans of those around). It's a thought Thanks,
