In many areas no. They are also thinking about banning the PTA/O candy
fundraisers as well.

Many schools funded extracurricular activities wigh the soda machine
profits. Do a google search for "junk food schools"

You will be flabbergasted. Here's another case wher the government believes
they need to, well, replace the parent?
