I forgot I had a bag of TenRen's green tea from Taiwan received as a gift
years ago.
The bag was left unsealed for years. For about a month we started to make
tea with it.
The tea taste good but has a brownish color. Maybe it has fermented a
little over time.
Now I do not know if I should order the same green tea or a semi fermented
one?
