I just did chicken breasts yesterday, cooked down with basil, oregano, bay
leaf, tomatoes, red bell pepper and onion. Kind of a chicken cacciatore,
but not, thing. The chicken just literally shredded itself and was
wonderful.

Other things are stews, soups, pork butts or shoulders (you need a larger
cooker for those cuts) and some tougher beef cuts.

I love my crockpot, although I don't use it very often because dinner at my
house is usually last minute Musgovian Cuisine (must - go - vian). We use
what needs to go and we try to make a meal out of it.
